Hi this is my first time here, I'm hoping to find an answer to my problem. I just bought a used Acer Aspire 5560g-7809 laptop it has windows 7 64 bit and I was updating it with windows updates and some other downloads and drivers, it has dual graphics and the system was having trouble recognizing it so I go to the Acer page and download the BIOS files thinking that'd help..well..I must have downloaded an older one or something because after I flashed my bios and restarted my whole windows is corrupt and blue screens at start saying I need to update my BIOs from the vendor..wont even go into windows repair interface. I don't have a recovery disc, so that's a problem..

Yes I installed Win 7 and used the original key. I did not have or make recovery disks. I got all my drivers from acer support site. As for the BIOS, sorry I got that from Dxdiag. The REAL BIOS version is 1.15.
Like I mentioned before I installed Win 7 with a Home Premium DVD copy from MS and used the laptop's original key. I did not have or make recovery disks before the HDD failed. I got all my drivers from acer support site.
There are 37 languages versions of Windows 10 recovery disks available. Here you can change the Acer Aspire 5560 Windows 10 language from English (English US) to another. Microsoft has set up the Windows 10 licensing so that your product key will activate any language of Windows 10.
After installing a new Windows operating system, some devices like the video, sound or maybe the wireless network will not work correctly. This is because the Aspire 5560 Windows operating system will set the computer up with with generic drivers that are designed only to operate at a very basic level. Some form of device driver is required for the hardware to operate in any way. Windows default drivers are designed so that the basic start-up requirements are met, such as being able to see some sort of display. Many driver diskss or resource diskss, as they are sometimes called, are normally just full of compressed, out of date and hard to install driver files. This driver disks will supply you with all the very latest Aspire 5560 drivers as the driver disks update system will then also go on-line, update, replace and remove any old or broken device drivers. As a free extra bonus you can use this disk up to 3 times on 3 different computers. The Aspire 5560 driver disk / ISO is supplied with the recovery software media and is not available as a stand alone item.
The recovery disk will re-install any language (of original installed Windows) to any language required. All product keys are language independent, so if you have an English version of Windows installed on your computer and you want to change it to German, Spanish, French or any other supported language below, you can use your existing product key, found on your COA to do it.
No matter you want to do Aspire One recovery or restore another Acer Aspire computer, the built-in recovery partition enables you to factory reset it whether you can successfully log in to Windows or not. However, the operation varies from different systems and sometimes may not work due to a variety of reasons.
After installing the Windows updates released January 11, 2022 or later Windows versions on an affected version of Windows, recovery discs (CD or DVD) created by using the Backup and Restore (Windows 7) app in Control Panel might be unable to start.
YES, I had same problem entering bios acer aspire v5 571p. so I figured it out on mine. I have windows 8.1, unable to use any keys to enter bios. must use windows to get to bios. boot up computer normally, go to RECOVERY options, then ADVANCED options,>>>UEFI start up[select this] and it will reboot straight into the bios. good luck!!!>>>TOM B. 2ff7e9595c
